Confidential Payment plans are available if required to pay off the Champs fee.  Please email TBHA Secretary.
Nomination forms will also be available at the office.  If we are sending four teams, we will need four umpires..... so start recruiting for players and umpires.

Representative payments may be deposited directly into TBHA's Bank Account.  Please use your surname & age group as reference.

Information from Women's Masters Committee

STATE TEAM TRIALS – Townsville, Thursday 7th June 2018
55s, 60s & 65s Goal Keepers – all ages
2pm – 5pm 7 pm- 8.15 pm

• Selection of the HQ 55s, 60s and 65s State Teams will be conducted:
? At the trials in Townsville on Thursday 7th June
AND
? During the HQ Women’s Masters Championships 8-10 June

• Players MUST attend and play in EITHER the Trials OR the Championships OR BOTH to be considered for selection
• Attending Trials is NOT compulsory
• Playing in an Association team is NOT compulsory
• Players must be registered with HQ and then nominate and pay $25 on line at HQ website as per normal nomination process
• All Goal Keepers are invited to attend Goal Keeper Trials to be held 7pm – 8.15 pm. This is NOT compulsory. Goal Keepers who wish to be considered for 35s, 40s, 45s 50s Qld teams MUST play for an Association team
CHANGES TO PLAYER ELIGIBILITY FOR HQ WOMEN’S MASTERS STATE TEAMS
• Players who wish to nominate for a Qld team or who wish to be cleared to play for another State or Territory MUST:
? Nominate through HQ website and pay $25 and play at the QLD Championships or in the Trials in Townsville NB The same process was in place in 2016 and 2017 – these players will be selected on merit
• Players who wish to nominate for a Qld team or who wish to be cleared to play for another State or Territory and are unable to play at the Qld Championships or in the Trials in Townsville MUST:
? Nominate through HQ website and pay $25 AND
? Complete an exemption form through HQ website
Players may, at the discretion of the selection panel, be exempted on various grounds including medical and bereavement
Players who are representing Australia in the World Masters in Terrassa will be exempted
Exempted players are NOT guaranteed a position in a Qld team – these players will be selected on merit

• 12 noon HQ Women’s Masters Committee Meeting
• 1.15 pm Selectors’ Meeting
• 2.00 pm 55s, 60s & 65s Trials
• 5.00 pm 2018 HQ Coach and Managers’ Meetings
• 6.30 pm Association Delegates’ Meeting
• 7.00 pm Association Managers’ Meeting & Goal Keeper Trials
• TBC Technical Officials’ and Umpires’ Meeting
Final (approx.) Sunday 10th June at 1.30 pm followed by Closing Ceremony
